Introduction
Thanks for choosing Noisy AF. Noisy AF provides mixing and mastering services for audio. Users upload an audio file, our engineers process the audio as per your subscription and provide finished audio files in several audio formats for download. By signing up or otherwise using any of these Noisy AF services, you are entering into a binding contract with East Coast Recording Company LLC. Your agreement with us includes these Terms and any additional terms that you agree to. In order to use the Noisy AF Service you must promise that any registration information that you submit to Noisy AF is true, accurate, and complete, and you agree to keep it that way at all times.
Changes to the Agreements
Occasionally we may make changes to the Agreements.
Ownership of Uploaded and Mastered Audio
Ownership of songs uploaded to Noisy AF and masters generated for these songs remain with the respective owner. We simply provide a service to process the audio. Under no circumstances does Noisy AF own audio uploaded or mastered.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions allow you to mix/master x songs (example 5 songs mastered for the Gold AF Subscription) per month. The month starts when buying the subscription and continues to renew unless canceled by the user. Remaining quota will not carry over to the new month. By purchasing a Subscription, you agree to our Subscription Policy: Noisy AF will automatically continue your subscription after each year and charge the subscription fee to your payment method until you cancel. There are no refunds or credits for partial months. There are no refunds if you did not cancel on time.
Data Retention
A data retention policy, or records retention policy, is an organization‘s established protocol for retaining information for operational or regulatory compliance needs. It defines how long a company retains data before removing/deleting it from the system. Noisy AF will keep your mixes and masters on the system (your personal Google Drive Folder) for one (1) month after song finalization. After one (1) month Noisy AF will remove your mixes and masters automatically from the system (your personal Google Drive Folder) completely.Noisy AF will not keep any archives of removed mixes and masters. Noisy AF will not be able to recover any removed files.

Account Cancellation
Your Account will be auto renewed until you send us an email and provide us with the full name the account is listed under and email address. To avoid being billed for a future year with your payment method you must cancel or downgrade your account before the renewal occurs. When your account is purchased or upgraded Noisy AF will bill you for the yearly fees associated with your plan.
Annual Contract, Automatic Renewals
Noisy AF offers a commitment contract , which is paid yearly. ("Contractual Subscription").
At the end of the Contract Term, Plans will renew automatically, and the payment method on file will automatically be re-charged with the same Contractual Subscription the customer initially purchased. This can only be avoided if the customer requests to cancel their Contractual Subscription before the contract is set to renew via email mixmaster@noisyaf.com or the "contact" form on our website.
Plans are non-refundable, and by purchasing a Plan the customer agrees to the Contractual Subscription and Contract Terms outlined in our pricing page.
If a customer attempts to violate the terms of Contractual Subscriptions, such as disputing the recurring charges / issuing a chargeback with their bank or payments provider or other method, or even avoiding previously agreed upon payments for their Contractual Subscription, the customer will be responsible for all charges and fees incurred in resolving the unpaid debt amounts.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOISY AF AND ITS AFFILIATED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE, AND YOU AGREE TO NOT HOLD US RESPONSIBLE, FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, GOODWILL OR REPUTATION, DATA LOSSES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF NOISY AF IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
